As a fully trained Reiki Master (Usui method) and a member of the Australia Reiki Connection (ARC) Helen offers Reiki sessions to improve a person’s general health and wellbeing. Reiki is a non-invasive healing method that enhances the body’s natural healing abilities to relieve pain; reduce stress, anxiety, nausea and fatigue. It’s especially good post-surgery or in helping to manage medical treatments such as chemotherapy as it increases energy and vitality and aids in relaxation.

Helen uses hypnotherapy  to help people reach their full potential by changing habits, patterns, fears and belief systems that prevent them from living a full and happy life. The hypnotherapy sessions are tailored to meet a person’s individual needs and can help them to overcome:

  • Anxiety.

  • Addictions e.g. alcohol, smoking.

  • Fears and phobias.

  • Stress-related issues.

  • Self-confidence and self-esteem issues.

As well as help to improve their:
