Items that are faulty, unsafe or do not match their description will be refunded or exchanged where proof of purchase is provided.
*We do not offer discretionary exchange or refunds on Educational Study Aids, Gift Cards, Special Orders or Sale Items. We also do not offer discretionary exchange or refunds on audio purchases.
